My Personal and Professional Life

Seeking Research Assistantship

I am a second year graduate student in the Bioengineering Department at the University of Washington.  To this point, I have been working in the Neurobotics Laboratory in the Computer Science and Engineering Department for Dr. Yoky Matsuoka.  She is going on leave to work for Google in California so I am seeking a Research Assistantship in a new lab.

My long term interest is in prosthetics, medical robotics, interfaces with the mind to control prostheses and medicine.  I am especially interested in technology we can apply in developing countries.  I have enjoyed working on projects aimed at ameliorating disability with unique mechanical and electrical systems.

Contact in formation and a resumé describing my skill-set are available on this website through these and the above links.
